We are a specialist human capital consultancy, operated by a team of multi-lingual human resource and executive search/selection professionals. We primarily undertake Executive Search assignments, across numerous sectors, and have expertise and experience in recruiting for disciplines such as sales and marketing, manufacturing, logistics, ICT, finance and HR, as well as general management.


Our firm is characterised by strong client relationships, evidenced by our unusually high level of ‘repeat’ business. In many respects, our association with our clients is very much a partnership, where, in addition to Executive Search, we are regularly consulted in relation to a wide range of human capital issues (succession planning, remuneration surveys and reviews, senior management audits).


While we are rigorous in our assessment of candidates we also believe in treating them courteously and with respect. Our consultants are directly involved in every aspect of the Search assignment – from research and interview stages, Short-list presentation and contract negotiation, through to providing candidates with full support during the transitional period between employing organizations.

For more than 20 years we have helped both large and small organisations locate and attract the ‘right’ executive, managing all stages of the selection process from search/advertising to short-listing. We utilise a variety of psychometric questionnaires and employ Competency Matrices to aid in our assessment of candidates, maintaining objectivity and independence. In advising and working with clients, and in our written reports, we unambiguously put forward our views.
